Total Hockey takes a unique approach to skill development by offering time tested hockey skills training using high-tech computer tracking in our 8000 sq ft training center.
Training Centre
Our Total Hockey training center includes four innovative shooting stations to help enhance accuracy, power, and a quick release.
There are four high-tech stick handling stations to improve hand speed, hand-eye-coordination, and puck control.
In addition, we have a state-of-the-art speed ramp to improve a player’s explosiveness and first three strides, as well as a skating treadmill designed to develop overall skating, speed, power, and endurance.
On-Ice
Total Hockey combines its off-ice facility and technology with advanced on- ice training. We use creative and innovative on-ice drills and testing to track each player’s development and progression to ensure they reach their full potential.
