Free Total Hockey Speed, Hands and Shooting Sessions September 5 to 13, 2010
Total Hockey Canada is giving you the chance to experience our innovative Speed and Hands/Shooting training at a FREE session.
A 90 minute speed session includes 30 minutes on the treadmill, 30 minutes on the speed ramp and 30 minutes of quick feet work.
The Total Hands/Shooting session will help players enchance their accuracy, power and release as well as improve hand speed, hand-eye co-ordination and puck control in a 1 hour session that includes shooting and stick handling drills.
